C&E Builders is nothing but problems for roof hail damage

C&E builders came to my door telling me how my insurance company would pay for a new roof because of a previous hail storm. Sounded okay and I signed the contract committing me to have C&E replace the roof if the insurance company approve the claim (and they did). Then it was nothing but problems. They were suppose to start in 3 days and I was promised by Chuck Newman 5 times the job would be start in a day or 2. It took over 60 days to get the roof, 20 feet of gutters and a vinyl siding patch done. None of the roof worker crew spoke English and no English speaking person supervised them. They were here and gone in 1 day. The job looked like heck. Never replaced metal flashing as promised. Sloppy workmanship and they even installed a gutter without a down spout so that water backed up into my attic every time we had a steady rain. I have called 4 times and no response. Mac Reality LLC. of Cadot, Wi. is the real owner of this company according to contract.
