Shoes insoles falling apart

My son gave me a black pair of Beezees Niche size 9. It was my first pair ever, and I have had them for about 3 months.
I love them and wear them on the airplane to work. I am a flight attendant for American Airlines and fly long hauls to Europe, on my feet up to 16 hours a day sometimes. The inner sole has come unglued where my heel is, so I've tried to pull it down and put it back in place inside both shoes. It still will not stay in place; it curls up.
I’d like this pair replaced with the same shoe. I did also just order and paid for 2 other pairs. I will gladly send them to you for replacement.
My flight attendant friends have all asked me where I got them. They were a birthday gift from my son.

I find it extremely hard to figure out how to return an item, in this instance it shoes

Sparkles on my new shoes have fallen off
HSN offered to send a replacement. I do not want to have shipping costs when the shoe fits and needs three sparkles that are very unique and could be mailed to me.
who is to say it wouldn't happen with a second pair. i have one sparkle missing on each shoe.
I want the company to send me a few sparkles and I will glue them on the places they fell off. I called HSN they dont have anything like that and wanted me to exchange the shoes

I have really bad feet and like Bzee shoes. I ordered 2pair two weeks ago and I have not received them yet
