I find it extremely hard to figure out how to return an item, in this instance it shoes
Or you can probably give some real clear instructions in the box that the item comes in as to how to return it. Or maybe a return receipt that would be exciting too, so I could figure that out from there.

Sparkles on my new shoes have fallen off
HSN offered to send a replacement. I do not want to have shipping costs when the shoe fits and needs three sparkles that are very unique and could be mailed to me.
who is to say it wouldn't happen with a second pair. i have one sparkle missing on each shoe.
I want the company to send me a few sparkles and I will glue them on the places they fell off. I called HSN they dont have anything like that and wanted me to exchange the shoes

I didnt realize the shoe was not returnable. The shoe runs big and the medium width is actually wide width for this house shoe

I have looked everywhere trying to find a replacement for the shoes that I love and have been wearing for years. They are Bzees, size 7 wide.
I want to talk to someone! I can't believe you don't make them anymore.
Preferred solution: I wouldn’t like to buy a pair of shoes in my size size 7 wide

Didn't receive two pair of shoes
I have really bad feet and like Bzee shoes. I ordered 2pair two weeks ago and I have not received them yet

Took 31. No slides arrived.
Googled numbers wrong. Gee whiz.
Have 4 pairs. Wish their service were as good as their shoes!!!

Love your shoes/boots. Please make a size 12 (NOT wide), so my sister can wear them!
