I have sent three emails to this company explaining that I never ordered nor received anything from their company. When I called today to speak with someone they were extremely rude and told me to call tomorrow because they didn't like my tone. I wasn't angry or nasty, so I'm not sure what this person who could hardly speak English meant. They hung up on me! I am out $274.54!!! I NEVER ORDERED FROM YOUR COMPANY, NOR DID I RECEIVE ANY MERCHANDISE FROM YOU. YOU HAVE BEEN HITTING MY CREDIT CARD FOR $29.95 EVERY WEEK SINCE JUNE 5, 2020 AND I NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS. I EXPECT YOU TO REFUND ALL OF MY MONEY, TOTALING $274.54 ASAP. IF THIS IS NOT DONE, I WILL BE REPORTING YOU TO MY BANK, AS WELL AS THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IN NH AS WELL AS THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE. I WILL ALSO POST THIS ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS I BELONG TO! I AM A 72-YEAR-OLD WIDOW LIVING ON A SMALL PENSION. THIS IS PURE THEFT!!! Virus-free. www.avg.com
