If I could, I'd give them a zero. or a negative 32,876. I paid in full. It started out ok, but I started to get low on aligners. I reminded them I needed my next set. This was March when I first contacted them, it is August -I have been out of aligners since late May. I had 2 shipments which were both cancelled a day later. No aligners. Contact from "customer service" takes a day or two. Ridiculously "perky upbeat positive" coached responses. Suddenly another impressions kit arrives. Is this progress??? OMG. Sent back next day. Don't hear for two weeks, send another email. Perky response again. For my trouble, I am offered a lightening whitener. I'm impressed. At least my teeth will be white while they slowly move back to their previous position(s). New perky response says they will expedite my order in 1-2 weeks. Guess which which week it is! *dingdingding* if you guessed WEEK TWO (and still nothing), you can have my free whitener thingy (which... is also missing). These people have no knowledge of what they are doing. I have seen no evidence of medical knowledge here. So my advice to you is avoid BYTE like the plague and go to that orthodontist. You won't get the perkiness or free whiteners, but you might get a corrected smile by a professional who went to school for dentistry and got a specialist degree in orthodontia. Instead of someone making teeth impression molds in their basement laboratory, which is where I sadly think my aligners are going to be shipping out of... uh, ew? I'd like a refund, but it seems they don't "do that" so I'm just going to keep telling the truth. On social media, to my followers and friends on multiple platforms, because if you pay in full for a service and the ball is majorly dropped - (like my jaw-haha at the poor service here). Your bite/teeth is your health... well, that's a lawsuit waiting to happen... Funny thing about that... I thought my Yelp friends would like to know about this. It sounds good to get your teeth fixed for a low cost - but not at this cost. Because of the "non response" (which they're noted for - see BBB reviews) I'm checking in with HIPAA because um this little thing called "compliance." **UPDATE - I'm now in week three, which there was supposed to be an *escalation* to a manager. Well, let's see if the manager went to Tahiti. Seems like it! *** UPDATE 9/1/20 - Got aligners, they do not fit. They now say treatment 1 through 12 - but I was on 15. So guess after 3 mos they're starting me over again? Came in a broken shipping bag, partially opened as part of retaliation for writing bad reviews, I'm sure! DO NOT USE ANY VARIANT OF THIS COMPANY - you will lose your money and possibly your jaw health.
User's recommendation: Read this. Seriously... would you want this to happen to yourself or your kid? AVOID.
