I have already made 3 payments. Am returning the product. Not looking for any refund just cancel subscription and remaining balance

Customer service is non-existent.

I called, texted, and used their support site every hour for two days. I NEVER received help. I have worn their aligners for 124 months although they originally said 5 months. One set of aligners was worn for 3months without support from Byte.

User's recommendation: Use a local orthodontist.
