Bad Creamer Had Chunks Good till 06101/26

I purchased your Hald & Half on 03/20/26. Opened on 03/22/26, poured into my coffee and chunks came out.

The carton was sealed as I pulled the tab off. Wanted to gives a heads up for quality control.

Milkshake

I was just at burn dairy I wanted chicken fries for my son that I told The female that when she get a chance could you do the chicken fries she went and looked never found them she tried to send somebody else to go look for some which took 20 minutes I was in the store for half an hour and then I had to make me a tuna note and shes arguing with me saying that I cant get a half a Panini which I get other branches She had me waiting a while for that so I started shopping around in the store and then she decided to start making it and halfway made it and stopped on my sandwich and started making someone elses and then she finally went back to try to look for the fries and I just asked the other guy to go look back there and get them what he went and got them and he dropped them I just gave back my tuna sandwich cause I didnt even want it anymore she spoiled my appetite

The review page for my local store is not working so I am going this route. My complaint is for the Maiden Lane, Rochester NY store.

Once in a while I pick up a sandwich from the deli and they are good. However, a couple weeks ago I went in to get one and the only girl in the deli was making pizzas. It took her a good 4 minutes to acknowledge me and she said she would be right with me. 4 to 5 minutes later I was still waiting.

Then I picked up my keys and walked out of the store. I get it.

I work retail and know it is not easy. But no customer should wait that long to place an order.

Called Byrne dairy corporate number left message and never received a call back.

Manager treated me terribly and two other associates ganged up on me in the Auburn store around 8:40 p.m on March 27th. This store used to be a family store but has really deteriorated.

You have young people in positions that they arent mature enough. Store is very ghetto now.

Discrimination

Everything today is to pander to Black and Brown people. Courts can't set bail for criminals, hospitals can't sue for their bill if poor, National Grid has a surcharge for everyone to cover all the unpaid bills, not because the person can't pay, but because they choose not to do so, and the list goes on and on.

People who have cash get it stuck to them. At Byrne Dairy though you can not even go in and buy gas with cash in hand and receive the lower price. Byrne Dairy discriminates against those with cash who do not have a checking account. Why would a cash customer be charged more than a "member" with a checking account.

Discrimination at its worst.

Last time I will pay more because I have cash. I would think someone passing thru the area would never stop at Byrne.

Please stop using the word discrimination incorrectly. You would only be experiencing discrimination if they said “We don’t offer our member card to you if you are black, Jewish, gay, elderly, female etc.”.

They offer the card to whoever wants one. No discrimination.

Rt 104 Oswego NY West Side Byrne Dairy. There is an employee that is about 6tall, and all gray hair.

About three months ago is when the first issue was. He had asked my son if you wanted veggies on his sandwich, my son did not hear him, he then proceeded to yell at my son, in speaking to him in a dad like tone. This startled my son and made him very uncomfortable. After that occasion every time Ive gone in there with my son he gives us dirty looks, and absolutely horrible service if he is the one waiting on us at the deli counter.

There have been times we were there where he was mumbling under his breath with the mask on his face when my son would tell him what he wanted on his sandwich. And if he wasnt waiting on us, he would be in the back of the kitchen area staring at us while someone else was waiting on us. Today was the final straw, we walked up to the deli counter, he looked up at us and said something to a fellow employee, to which the employee replied, well he has to feed the kid. And hearing this my reply to the situation was, if you have something to say please say it so we can all hear you.

He didnt even look at me the rest of the time we were in the store. And the employee that did wait on us after hearing what he said seemed quite uncomfortable with the entire situation. I have been shopping with Byrne dairy since I was a child and I am 50 years old. But I can tell you that more than likely my shopping experiences with your business are done because of this one man.

I sure hope something happens with this fellow.

It is obvious that he does not like working with the public. It is evident through his actions when hes waiting on customers.

Why was I denied service

I went to Byrne Dairy for gas snacks lottery and cigarettes.The very heavy set woman with tattoo of a portrait on her arm refused to sell me cigarettes.I gave her my VALID N.Y STATE identification however I had my 9 year old son with me whom only came in with me to order his milkshake and she wouldn't sell me cigarettes because my son is *** nine and didn't have Identification .I am 35 years old .my whole family of nine will never use the service of Bryne Dairy again I spent over 100$ a day there and a women who sell weed openly IDs me and refuses sales because of my child I'm pissed the store locations is on Broad and Lenox in onieda NY YOUR VERY PISSED OF CUSTOMER
