- - Operates under aliases; LinkedIn ties to Sterling Consulting Solutions, Inc. A group call announced $59.99/mo for Insurance or Certification; fraud.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. I have been requested by company to Cease and Desist. I am removing review from multiple websites for a revised factual review to appear.
Company operates under a number of aliases. Contact was made on LinkedIn as Sterling Consulting Solutions, Inc.
I was scheduled for an interview only to find myself in an over-hour long group call. At the end of the call the individual hosting this webinar, Jacob Stark, then revealed that persons would need to provide a monthly fee of $59.99/m for something that he alternatively refered to as "Insurance" and a "Certification". This purchase is only available through their website. Attempts at finding clarification have failed, and finding online reviews about the company reveal this is not a legitimate organization.
After they have failed to provide any answers to my questions, I told them that I was reporting their fraud activities to the various authorities that govern laws regarding such actions. I serve as witness from the zoo call to Jacob Salk successfully defrauding multiple persons at the end of the Zoom Call.
I stayed so that I may serve as witness. I am reporting this fraudulent buisness to the FTC, The California DoJ, the BBB, The California EDD, the CFPB, The California Attorney General's Office, the IC3, the Glendale Police Department, and all other relevant agencies.
