Crap service
- Vending machine ate £12 with no refund.
- No staff were available to assist; no reply to my email.
- Staff told me to lock my bag away; it felt rude.
They really don't give a *** they act like sulky teenagers. Today, I tried to buy a padlock from the vending machine, and it ate £12 with no return.
No staff around, so I had no option but to keep my bag with me.
I emailed them, and obviously, no response, and then staff appeared to tell me I have to lock my bag away. Just rude and dumb.
