Ruined new tires
- - Tires at Aldergrove ripped beads on all four.
- - Owner accuses them of slander and won't help, and they're out two tires while weights were hammered on.
On April 14th the husband brought a brand new set of tires to be installed at the Aldergrove location. They tried putting the rubber on the rims from the wrong direction and ripped the beads on all 4 tires.
We have tried contacting the owner and he has accused us of slander due to being honest. He email back letting us know he wasn't going to help us now that we reviewed his business. We are out 2 sets of tires and the owner still won't own up to his mistakes. He states he has 3 locations so he must be doing something right.
I would avoid all 3 places. His staff also applied the weights with a hammer rather than glue and left the old weights on.
- Actually do not know how to properly fit tires
