Missing product/horrible customer service

I was missing 30 pills in a rather large order so I emailed customer service. I requested either a partial refund due to shipping taking 8+ weeks, or requested a reship via express shipping. Reships, customer satisfaction before and after is plastered all over their webpage. The rep Justine gave me the run around for a week Via email stating unable to do partial refunds, then refused express shipping due to that costing 65$. My missing product was 70$. So shipping was covered at no cost to them, only cost would have been 30 pills that cost them less than $15 at most. After 8-10 emails I stated this and requested the supervisor or owner to contact me, Justine then bans my account and turns around and refunds me finally. This is after After she said a week earlier she couldn't. Worst part, is I was patient and fair on my requests. That Customer service rep is the worst I have ever dealt with. As a business owner, I couldn't imagine one of my employees doing this. Banning a $4000 loyal customer that was polite, over 15$ loss is unacceptable.

Waiting over 11 weeks for order, broken tracking numbers and no evidence of shipping

Well, my experience as a UK customer has not been great. To summarize, I placed my order on 22nd May and have been given two non-working tracking numbers. I've been waiting for my order for over 11 weeks now (12th August). Like others, I've not had the best level of help from their customer service team (particularly Justine), so I've had to message "Moda Mike"* via reddit a number of times. In our last communication he agreed to send a second reshipment, as neither my original shipment nor the reshipment tracking were working. It's a shame, but due to the length of time, I've had to source some Moda from a UK based vendor. Twice the price, but it was next day delivery (I ordered on a Friday morning and received Saturday). After 3 weeks, I hadn't received any tracking for the second BM reshipment and they grudgingly agreed to give me a refund (I paid bitcoin). I've been waiting for that to arrive for a week now, so it looks like I'm going to have to chase them up on it as well! *banned from Reddit now for creating multiple accounts to respond to himself and talk up the company Seriously, do not waste your time and energy, as it's a big gamble on getting your order. To stay safe, get in touch with the Norton Buyer Protection (on the BM site) within 30 days of your order and / or use a credit card for payment so you can do a chargeback.

Hi Camrie, I used daffydog.co They have next day delivery and an actual live trustpilot page; I would recommend checking them out.
