SCAMMMMMM
Such a horrible company! I signed up for them when booking a flight on spirit and was told they would send information in the mail (which also would have information if I wanted to cancel).
After not receiving anything in the mail, I completely forgot about signing up. When I noticed the charges on the card a few months down the road, I called and asked then to waive the charges since they never even sent me the information I was supposed to receive in the mail. At that point they denied it the refund and I had him cancel the subscription. Now it has been over a year since that point and I noticed I was still being charged so once again I called and she said to me that there were only 2 calls shown on my account and no information regarding past cancellation.
The best she could do was refund 4 payments unless I am able to find the cancellation code I was given over the phone over a year ago. Then, I called back to ask them to send to me or review the call in September 2018 she mentioned in my call with a female representative about 2 hours previous and the new representative was extremely rude and now said that there was no such call. This company is an absolute joke!!!! They will continue to charge you even if you cancel and their costumer service isn't much better than delinquent charges either!
BE WARNED! DO NOTTTT SIGN UP!!!

Illegal charges on my credit card
I have noticed for the whole year of 2018 that I'm being charged for $16.99 each month and I need this to stop now. I never heard of this company at all. Please stop and take me off your list.

They offered us $20 back for signing up. When we tried to get it the website came up blank.
We wrote to them and turns out we can apply for $5 in January. We have to fill out a form and send in a receipt. 6-8 weeks later you get another $5 if you do the same and so forth.
So sorry we fell for this. Now we have to hope our cancellation took not have problem of person above.
TLG "Buyer's Advantage" is a disadvantage!
I discovered that one of my cards, which I don't typically use for major purchases, had been getting $16.99 charges for a year! (I have a few shopping subscriptions like Amazon and never noticed this as a regular thing til I saw that my bank balance was getting low.) I called up the company number that my bank's fraud line provided, and someone called Angela at Buyer's Advantage answered. She said that after I used my card to purchase a shuttle ride from the airport, I was given a rebate through this company and that after the first month, I was subscribed to their "service" for the next year and some, with those "regular" charges for whatever services I was supposed to be receiving.
I have ZERO email record of this company, except for one email that says "click this link and receive a coupon" that leads to a downloadable PDF for a gas coupon. I don't drive and don't own a car, so I never would use that coupon anyway! The woman told me at first that she could remove 3 months' worth of charges, but I haggled it up to 6 months and then called my bank to file a claim, get a new card, and report this company! I doubt I'll ever see that 6 month refund, but at least my bank is helping me with some of the charges on their end.
