Looking for my order from 12/22 I purchased a small ice maker

I am looking to talk to you about a icemaker I purchased last year 12/2022 for my bosses Christmas/ birthday on 1/5. It makes tiny crunchy ice / (sonic ice). There is a problem with the maker it is leaking out the back. We unscrewed it and the insides are bizarrely full of dirt and corrosion. We are concerned that maybe that stuff was getting into the water... the ice cubes it was making. Can you please contact us. This machine was only a year old and cost 500.00 ish and it no longer works so ... What can we do about this.? I am hoping we can get another one that does not have internal issues that are filthy and corroded, We have our house cleaned 2 times a week so our home is not dusty or dirty. The insides were quite shocking! Please can you text me that you are going to call me asap about this matter. Preferred solution: I need to get a new icemaker due to the internal problem and leaking of the one I purchased just a few days over a year ago as a gift to my Boss. I will have lost money if you do not replace the item .

BuyDig - Order canceled with no explanation
I ordered a watch from BuyDig on 6/19, and got a confirmation email. On 6/20, I received two emails telling me there was an issue with the credit card, even though I have used that card in many other places. I called customer service, which has a specific menu item for billing issues, which is a pretty big warning sign. They confirmed the billing address and told me I was good to go. On 6/22, the order was canceled with no explanation, but payment is still "pending" on my credit card.

They *** and sent a damaged item then made me go through cartwheels to get them to correct their errors with my time and expense and offered nothing for it. They have no respect for customers time only to keep repeating their Mantra " We are Sorry for your inconvenience" That's a *** response and absolute lack of customer service when all you are trying to do is purchase an item from them . You only find out what and why you do business with a customer when something goes wrong . They are not worth doing business with, They just peddle a commodity you can get from a 100 other vendors who give good customer service. They don't know the meaning of that at all

BuyDig - Never received my order and I was denied claim...
I purchased a Dell Monitor from BuyDig through eBay on their Black Friday deal. Everything was fine until I got a notification from FedEx on 11/30 that the product has been delivered. When I went home that day, I didnt see it in front of my house so I decided to contact BuyDig customer service and let them know that I didnt receive my product. The customer service lady asked me to go around the neighborhood and ask if anyone received my product and if anyone saw it. Working in the service department of a company, I instantly asked them to place a claim for me with FedEx, and the lady reluctantly agreed and she told me the process will take up to 3-5 Business Days and I will be contacted by FedEx. About 10 days afterward, I still didnt get contacted by FedEx, so I called BuyDig again to ask them for support. They told me now that I need to contact directly with eBay to file a claim which I did so right away. The customer service told me this will be taken care of and a decision will soon be done. After placing a Claim on eBay, I was notified that it will take up to 48 hrs so I patiently waited. After about a couple of hours, I received a email notification from eBay that they have notified BuyDig about the claim and BuyDig has moved the decision for this claim to eBay. Within the next couple of hours, I received another notification from eBay telling me the claim has been closed and no refund will be provided since the FedEx webpage state it has been delivered.... I called BuyDig again the next morning and asked them for a explaination, and the service lady told me they will need me to place another claim with eBay and it will take up to 1 week. At this moment I realized I dont want to deal with BuyDig again and I will just directly contact my Credit Card and ask for a credit back since I never received my product. This has been a terrible experience with BuyDig and I will never do business with them ever again.

Lowly Are the 'Diggers'

I purchased an air purifier (through) them. They advertised it as a certain filtering system which it did (not) have and (tried) to blame it the manufacturer's 'description' which they try to 'loophole' as not their bad. They lied about the product description and would (not) answer questions (about the lie) 'and' messed with me until the return date expired. Only the 'LOWLY' pull that one . The 'Amazons', the 'E-bays', etc. When it comes to threats of litigation and so forth to get them to react marks a very unworthy player who will 'DIG' into the 'BUYER'. Think that is where they got 'that name'?

Don't buy from Buydig.com. I bought an iPhone 6 that they advertised as refurbished. It obviously wasn't. There is damage around the edges, the frame is cracked around the head phone jack making the connection bad, and the speaker holes are full of dirt.

Do not do business with Buydig unless you want to be scammed. Website clearly stating item is a 4-pack, displays picture of 4 items, Buydig refuses to ship more than one, even though charge for 4. The company does respond quickly with useless drivel like: "The 4-pack relates to accessories." The only "accessories" in the package is instruction manual, power cord, and packaging material. The website clearly shows a picture of 4 items. Do not do business with Buydig unless you want to be scammed. Do not do business with Buydig unless you want to be scammed. Buydig ripped me off!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Its taking 5 months to still NOT get my refund! I had ordered Sync headphones with Ipod docking station on Dec. 7th but only recieved part of the package. I then called about the second package but found out that they are not offering this anymore and thats why i only recieved part of the package. But they did charge me in full for both so what do i do? They sent me an RMA to return the package. The RMA took 2 weeks to be emailed to me after me calling them 2 times. I then put the RMA on the box and sent it back FEDEX. 5 months and 10 calls later (BUYDIG NEVER RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS) they say its lost or never been sent. NO REFUND. Now im out headphones, docking station, and $300! This company is a RIP OFF
