Unsatisfactory products and customer service.

I have written several times. I have emailed several times. The product was sent from China the emails come from China and only respond maybe once a week with an offer to give 20% back and then 30%. The sandals that I ordered were absolutely horrendous and unwearable! You couldn't even walk in them. The ad that I ordered them from is totally bogus and misrepresented. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau I have contacted pissed consumer. I have emailed Jennifer over in China about what happened and I get nowhere. I am out $64 and I want my money back! I ordered this product in good faith was not satisfied with it and was told to mail it back. Package that it came in clearly had a label that said return address. That return address is in Jamaica New York. Jennifer via email said that they don't have the product they cannot refund the money and it went to the wrong address. I was not given the proper address until long after I mailed it back to the label marked return address! I will never order anything from there again nor will I support that company or give it a good review ever! The more people know how bogus this bull is the better off. That I know I do not stand alone on this.

Trashy product

Bought shoes from BuyBuy.com. Took two months to receive. Such poor quality of product that I threw them in the trash. Sent them an email but never received an answer. Chalked up this experience as a bad choice purchase on the internet from a company which is totally a scam.

Waiting for 3 plus months for my order

I ordered shoes 3 months ago, havent received them. I understand the Covid complications, Im sure this is part of the issue. According to the ridiculous tracking system they use, I know that my shoes are at a warehouse somewhere in the United States. Super. After reading other reviews it would appear that I am not the only person who has had this experience.

Horrible customer service and products

I ordered two pair of sandals back in March before the pandemic shut down. I received a confirmation of my good faith payment for the sandals, and was given a track number. The ad that I ordered these sandals from indicated they were coming from the UK. But the track number said it was coming from China. I have ordered things from there before and have been dissatisfied with them. I sent an email to say cancel the order. Email sent back to me said it was too late they were already in transit. This was not the first stop and I don't understand why they could not have retrieved it from the first stop it went to and canceled it from coming here. And another email I was told if I did not want them when they reached me, to return them. On the package that I received there was a return address posted at the top. I took out one pair and sure enough they are very shabby. You cannot even walk in them the strap going across your foot will not allow you to bend your foot. I wrapped them back up, and sent them back to the label marked return address. They are refusing to give me a full refund because they say I sent it to the wrong address. They provided me with the proper address but only after I had mailed them out and sent them an email with the tracking number. Several emails have going back and forth now and they are refusing to refund my money. Is not my problem nor my fault that the correct return address was not posted on the parcel I received. I have made several attempts to contact pissed consumer and also not had any response. My next move would be to go to the Better Business Bureau and Report both of these businesse

User's recommendation: Do not order anyting from buybuydays nor from ads that are running on Zynga if you are playing any games. It's virtually impossible to get your money back or get help with getting it back.
