I don't feel that the offer that's I received for my phones was "fair value, and I also feel that this was "false advertising " and a waste of my time
They owe me $88
- - Offer dropped from $587 to $499 after email.
- - They cited gray spots in an all-white photo; the phone was deemed flawless by two companies.
Avoid thisThrough an email, this company said they were going to give me $587. A week later, they changed the offer to $499.
They claim they were so called gray spots in a photo of an all white picture. They said the gray spots are not able to be seen in a regular photo, only in an all white photo. Who takes a picture of an all white photo? They just made that up so they could pay me less money.
10 days earlier, I went to two separate phone companies and they both said my phone was flawless. This is a total scam!

- - They sent an iPhone 7 Plus but got a single spring/coilover.
- - BBB reviews show recurring issues; the reviewer suggests not using this company.
I sent them an iPhone 7 Plus they had agreed to purchase. They informed me a few days later (even sent pics) that they had received a single spring/coilover -- I don't know what that is.
After reviewing BBB Consumers reviews I found that this was a recurring theme at this business. My question back to them was: why would people agree to send you their device knowing that the device has to be inspected before payment is made and then switch things?
It makes no sense. And for it to happen to ease many people After my experience I suggest NOT using this company to sell your used devices to even if they offer a little more money.
