Wow, Im amazed a business like this is still surviving. I ordered Bushwacker fender flares for my vehicle. Before even receiving them my truck was in an accident. Once the box arrived I immediately took it to my localUPS store and returned it in the exact condition it came in, I din not even open the box. After calling multiple times to see them my return will be authorized I receive a message saying the contents were damaged and parts were missing. I couldn't believe this as I had never opened the item. They even had the decency to say if I dint not respond in 14 business days the item would be discarded and I would not receive any refund. I own my own business and I would never treat a customer in this manner. I wold suggest shopping somewhere else. Very disappointed to say the least.

I received a bedliner and two sets of mudflaps I had ordered. The liner was not crated or even wrapped, it was damaged and filthy.The delivery driver asked how much it cost and wrote on the delivery slip that $180.00 damage was done,and informed me to contact Buy autotruckaccessories for a damage claim.It took 3 phone calls and an email to reach them. They responded two days later with an email asking me to provide pictures, I did so the same day.They asked me to tell them if I wanted a return or discount.I found a local business that said they could install the liner and try removing dents with a heat gun.I called customer service and they said i could get a permission to return slip to fill out, pay for return shipping and wait till they filed a damage claim with the shipper. Or I could take a discount. I asked how much and she said she didnt know and would cntact me.Five days later no word from them,and I had spent $130.00 to repair the liner.I called and after being put on hold 3 times and being disconnected I finally got through.After being put on hold 3 times she informed me they would pay $70.00 discount.I informed her I was not happy with that amount.She said I was lucky they offered that amount because legally they had no obligation since the shipper damaged the liner.When I said the shipper was acting as her agent she said I was being rude and hung up on me.Since then I have not heard from them, they do not answer my emails.

Slow as Christmas
I ordered a truck bed liner, April 18….waited….waited..called them after ten days…no news as to where is was…I would receive a tracking number once the carrier had it onboard. Long story short: after three phone calls and one unanswered email, the thing finally arrived May 22!! One month and three days! The reviews posted on their site from "satisfied customers", list how great this company is, how their communications are excellent. This was not my experience. While they were not rude in any way, I felt they didn't have a clue as to where my order was at any time. I don't expect I'll be ordering from these folks again.

one of my worst experiences ever... ordered stuff, waited bout ten days, had not received or heard anything, called said they were waiting on part of order, then at 2 weeks received half order anyway... called during business hours and was going to message machin, finally got someone hours later, they said both shipments were out u.s. mail, told her i had got one FedEx, she was confused and put me on hold, came back said the other was out, didnt even say when it shipped. then I told her i found the same product for half price, YOUR website says they will be it by 2 dollars within a year, she put me on hold for a while, came back and said tHey don't do that anymore! the recording on hold said it a few times, ridiculous... so asked to speak with a manager, put on hold for over ten minutes, she said she couldn't do anything, and would not give me someone who could or their info. she said they changed that policy on July 20!!!! it was august 11th...not a genius, but you need to change website and phone recording before you change policy.

Terrible customer service & product quality
It took 8 days for delivery. Driver, who looked like a ***, didn't knock on my door instead forced open my mechanical gate to deliver. One of the assembly parts was defective. On hold for up to 45 minutes waiting for service rep.I made 5 calls and only got through twice.They never returned phone calls or called to advise status. Took 19 days to get replacement part. I didn't just return the item because of fees for restocking and shipping that most reputable companies don't charge when you're not satisfied. Product was cheap, Chinese step bars for pickup truck made by Steelkraft.

Wrong Bed Linner Shipped

I called numerous times to make sure the order was correct being this is not something I ord...er much being a women. I even took tape measure to get the correct bed size, shot pics etc... Yes I placed the order as Ed reminded me but Joe gave me the order number SKU#: 005-0345ZX. which is a 250 BL not a 150BL like my notes show I sent last week and no one has returned my call or *** with me. Actually the UPS truck could not make it down our street so my father in-law had to meet the guy and put it on top of his truck cab to get it home. From start to finish this was a nightmare. We could not place the bed being the weather was below 30 and we waited for the weather to warm up. Shockingly a month later we find out it is the wrong size. Item received in torn "Plastic bag" NO protective box. In addition I've gone round & round with Lisa & Ed to no avail. They basically have called me a liar over and over. They are two of the rudest people I've ever encountered. BBC and whatever agency will listen will hear from us. Buy Auto Ttruck Accessories out of New Jersey are CROOKS BEWARE! Now I have to struggle getting this damb thing to UPS, pay them shipping. Ahhh these guys are real tools!

Ordered an auto part on-line from BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com located in Clifton, New Jersey. I was pleased it arrived next day. Item is a Bull Bar for the front of my 4Runner. My husband and I attempted to install it last night. We first unwrapped the instructions and mounting brackets and mounted the brackets under the truck (which took a while). We had left the protective wrap on the Bull Bar till we were ready to attach it to the mounting plates so it would not get damaged. Upon carefully unwrapping the protective wrapping on the Bull Bar, we noticed a large scratch on the item that vendor obviously tried to conceal by putting new wrap over the older wrap on the bar. I called the vendor this morning and their response was "you should have unwrapped everything and examined it before you installed the brackets. We can't take back installed items". I responded " you've got to be kidding". I then asked to speak to a supervisor. Rep. responded that there wasn't one. I told vendor I will speak to American Express, my attorney and put comments about my experience with the on the internet. I immediately phoned American Express who was very supportive and apologetic and has initiated a dispute with the vendor. This vendor's behavior is disgusting. I suggest you avoid them.

Ripoff , they have pics of things but beware that's not the item you get.They send you cheap china *** instead. $10 for any small item is what they charge for ship-No ship is not cheaper than $10 ...they send the slowest way they can which my package took somewhat over a week!!!!And if you want to return sure they will let you but they don't refund shipping and charge a 15% restocking fee. By the time you spend your own money returning the item, you lost more more than you put in the *** they sale.That's where they get all their money because they know some people will have tol return the garbage.Will never purchase anything from here ever again.
