Electronic key pad failed and they couldn't care less
bought electronic wallsafe in nov 2011; it was installed in early 2012. it was fine until the batteries died.
i went to change the battery and it is completely dead. they told me it is beyond warranty - but how are you to know that changing the battery will kill the mechanism until you need to change the battery? they told me that i could return the safe to them (at my cost) for repair (again, my cost) or get a locksmith (my cost). try taking a safe out of the wall for returning!
tech person wouldn't let me talk to the owner - said he'd give him my message but he wouldn't ever call me back. and he never did.
don't buy from these people!!!! don't buy the WES2113-B safe!

I purchased a safe from Buyasafe.com to use for hanging valet parking keys. When I received the safe it appeared to be ok, but when I installed it after 30 days when it was in the box I found out that the safe i had was defective.
i even video taped the box and showed this company that it was defective. The Manufacturer of the safe (Protex Safe Co) told me when I called that they would send me a new safe becasue it was clearly a defective lock. They said that they told BuyaSafe several times to contact me. I have been waiting 27 days for resolution with no followup on their part.
Then the represenative at Buyasafe.com also told me that the video would really help their tech department figure out what was wrong and that they would take care of me either by sending me a new safe or by sending a new lock. Finally after daily calls from me their tech department called to say that it was a known issue with the battery and that they are working on it.
At that point the President of BuyaSafe contacted me to say that they didnt care about me as a customer and that they are not going to respond to my emails any more.

Sounds like you hassled them so much and I am sure you cursed to no end they finally said hey sorry we don't need customers like you who are impatient and rude which is obvious if the president of the company had to call you because that just doesn't ever happen. I can see this one playing out easily. Honey and vinegar dude.
your comment is ***, its called customer service. Step up and replace the safe or tell why you cant.
Its basic business. If they would have responded no hassling was necessary.
