Buya.com is a great service.
It sells stuff at a good price, and the customer service is from a different service that owns Buya.com. I'm very sorry for the misunderstanding; it's just a complicated platform to get used to.

Defective ps4 Order Number: 99762-7****-77
Order Number: 99762-7****-77 is defective. seller said the item turns on just doesnt show a picture, when i got the item and plugged it in it wont do anything at all.
ive contacted the seller and they said i could return it but have to initaite a return thru buya.
ive tried to find where to initiate a return on the buya website for the item but i cant find it. the seller wont explain to me where to go on buya to initaite the return either.

It says my billing address doesn't match
I would like to get handled as soon as possible, before the item I'm trying to buy gets sold out and I can't get it.
Preferred solution: I would like to be able to talk to a representative in real time, especially to correct issues that are time sensitive!

i had did to many transactions on this item and I went to the pawn shop and they said that couldn't do a refund because they didn't have the their company direct number at that time and it's still saying pending on my account. can you please help me as soon you can thank you so much.

I havent received any information on returning this Oreck vacuum we knew it wasnt gonna be new but its worse than we expected want to return for a full refund but have no information on doing that yet

I got a roach infested ps4 from one of your sellers i decided to return it for a full refund which i did return it. The seller got refunded for the item instead of me and was wondering why.
