Buy It Direct - You delivery service is CRAP !
Despite a 12 hour window Buy it Direct, did not deliver my (expensive) order . ..nor could they be bothered to tell me it wasnt coming ..so I cant be bothered to ever use thenn again - & Im telling all my friends - what a Crap company this truly is .

Payment problem

I ordered this item of a bad break in my ankle paid £15 for it to be unpacked on arrival I went to the fracture clinic on the Monday of the week it was arriving and I was told I had to have emergency surgery arranged for neighbour to be there when she queried about...

I ordered a cooker

Unfortunately part of the list code was wrong, my fault! I tried to change it but roost code mail's did not work. Premium phone call could not change the postcode. Order was cancelled and refund given.

User's recommendation: Check the info you put on order.
