Avoid this company
They take your money but when it becomes faulty expect you to return it with no guarantee of a replacement or refund.
Get the same generic emails from them and they fail to understand that I'm quite reluctant to return something I've bought and paid for to then wait for them to respond.

You delivery service is CRAP !
Despite a 12 hour window Buy it Direct, did not deliver my (expensive) order . ..nor could they be bothered to tell me it wasnt coming ..so I cant be bothered to ever use thenn again - & Im telling all my friends - what a Crap company this truly is .
Payment problem
I ordered this item of a bad break in my ankle paid £15 for it to be unpacked on arrival I went to the fracture clinic on the Monday of the week it was arriving and I was told I had to have emergency surgery arranged for neighbour to be there when she queried about unpacking I said they couldnt do it leaving my elderly neighbour to do it be done as Im diabetic and have insulin to go in the fridge I have tried repeatedly over 200 times to call many different numbers and Im getting nowhere I have sent messages they just ping back contact please contact that I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy but I will get my £15 back

Unfortunately part of the list code was wrong, my fault!
I tried to change it but roost code mail's did not work. Premium phone call could not change the postcode. Order was cancelled and refund given.
