Poor work appalling customer service
I recently purchased an essay for my course from buyessay.co.uk. However, upon receiving the work I realised that it was not good enough to submit in its entirety.
I had to write almost all of the essay myself. I was extremely disappointed, and upon submission I did not get the desired grade that I paid £120 for (a pass instead of a first). Feeling disappointed and upset with the work I received I requested a partial refund (not a full one even though I couldn’t use most of the work) so that I paid for what I received-a pass. Upon making this request I was informed that the company would not give any form of compensation and were happy to take my hard-earnt money on false pretences.
I showed them my professors feedback and they still would not acknowledge my request. When I questioned this policy and approach to customers I was insulted, stating that ‘even a high school dropout would understand that’ and that ‘Any intelligent customer would have the brains to understand that grades can not be guaranteed as they are subjective’. Moreover, they also said that if I was to publish a bad review their ‘guarantees of secrecy and confidentiality would not hold good’. Additionally, they accused me of blackmailing them for trying to resolve our disagreement.
Throughout this process I spoke to the alias Anna (Sr. Order Manager - Buy EssayNewcastle Upon Tyne, UK)I found my experience with buy essay.co.uk absolutely appalling and I would not encourage anyone to purchase essay from them.
