WHAT A SHAM !!!!!!!!!

We in good faith provided Buttross Properties with application fees and down payment requirements. Signed contract to purchase property only to wait 2 months with their employee avoiding contact for an update. With the result being when he finally did call us back, thst they devided to let the people stay on the property. BEWARE IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.

False listing of property

I found out yesterday that Buttross Property listed my property for sale and it isn't. This is a defining ethics violation with the realtor association and I will be making contact with the state licensing department on this matter. I mean how can you be a legitimate realtor if you don't check out the property people are requesting to sell if you don't do your homework and fine out if they really own it. I mean, if the property around me is for sale, that doesn't mean my house is for sale, and you put down my address because it's close to it, and because its beautiful. You are advertising falsely, and people are coming to my house because you put my address, wanting to look at my home and property. Bad, Bad, business Pissed in Texas

manager is a registered sex offender for girls under 10

Weldon evridge is the manager of just off post apartments in killeen and lynn drive in harker hieghts , he is employed by david buttross of buttross properties. Weldon is also the owner of e and I solutions . Weldon is a registered sex offender of a girl under 10 years old, he is a drunk and is not a good manager or landlord at all and is never in the office to assist us tenants in anyway unless we offer favors of his nature, none of us feel safe to have our chilldern living in apartments in which he has keys.

I bought a home with david buttross, and i love him and his staff. They are wonderful, and i doubt they would ever put children in harms way.

Maybe you are angry at the guy but i question your motives and weather you are just speaking rumors or not.

Sounds bogus to me. Sorry.

Weldon has been my property manager for 4 years. i have children in my home and freinds who rent who have children.

he is always respectful and trustworthy. you do not know who you are speaking of.

I wondered how long he'd get away with this charade. I know he's a irresponsible ***, he always has been. I'm glad this news is finally out, I have worried about the safety of that community with him in charge.Shame on Buttross for putting someone like him in charge.
