Waiting for new debit card old one been cloned. I wanted to cancel this months delivery I couldnt afford it plus storage is difficult. I spent all day Sunday trying to do this but as usual there was no way you would accept any password this has always been a problem, I am 87yrs old and cant cope with the frustration off not getting any help,so I have started to wean pippa on to a different food even though I know butternut suits her.If you could get your e.mail sorted out it would be easier I shall send payment as soon as my new card arrives Pat Terry

Cancel an order

Dogs will not eat the last order so no need for any more still got 6 packs left had text this morning my next order is on the way need to cancel

Deliveries suspended due to card expiry. Unnotified by the company and found it very difficult to change password in order to get on Butternut website
