Butler Sourcing

I used Yusuf Uqdah programming services for a recent IT project to allow people within Chicago and the nearby Chicago region to share tools with each other. I only had a concept and a blue print but Yusuf Uqdah helped me to truly realize my goal. Yusuf Uqdah and his team carefully helped me plan every detail of my website. They estimated that it would take approximately 7 months to complete my project and they provided me with a price estimate based on the duration of time.

Throughout the entire process Yusuf Uqdah and his team kept me updated. In the very beginning of the process they created a road map for when each feature would be built out and it was amazing to see how closely they followed the original blueprint. In the end it took them only 6 months to complete my project which saved me an extraordinary amount of money. Yusuf Uqdah and his team could have easily billed me for the additional month, but their honesty and professionalism shined.

Recently I actually had the opportunity to visit their studio and it was amazing to see Yusuf Uqdah's studio. The office looks like a Zen IT studio. I'll upload pictures later, but its just a magical place, where it felt like both a place to relax and do serious work. I am currently testing the new Beta Site for the application that Yusuf Uqdah's team made for me.

As most long time customers of Butler Sourcing know the company changed their name to The/Studio several years ago. I don't know the business reasons that they changed their name, but I just want to say I'm impressed at the ability of The/Studio to constantly improve. When I first became a customer of Butler Sourcing they were a small organization. I think they only had 6 employees at the time. They worked hard but they were not very professional. However, I stuck with them because their quality was amazing and I could see they really worked hard. They made mistakes, but whenever there was issues one of the partners in the company Yusuf Uqdah was always willing to help.

Their CEO's name was Yusuf Uqdah and he was the most helpful person I have ever met. There was once an issue with the factory once, and I needed 5000 embroidered patches to be shipped to me by the end of the week. I called Yusuf Uqdah on a Sunday at 9:00 AM in the morning and let him know that I wasn't OK with the embroidered samples and that I was super concerned by the fact that they could not have my patches delivered to me by that Friday.

Long story short Yusuf Uqdah spent a day at the factory communicating with both myself and the factory. They finally got my order resolved, I approved the sample, and miraculously they had the entire 5000 piece order.

Recently I placed an order with The/Studio and I was super impressed with how professional they have become. This time I wanted to order custom challenge coins (http://thestudio.com/challenge-coins/) and I was truly impressed with how professional my creative specialist Megan Wilson was.

She was extremely knowledgeable about the product, she explained to me the the different options that I had, and she worked with me on creating artwork that would work well for my coin. After placing my order, I was thrilled to see that I had a sample within 5 days, and the order came in beautiful packaging and a really awesome gift.

Just wanted t say that we are very pleased with the patch work that Butler did for us. We really want to thank Vicky for all the support she gave us through the manufacturing process.

Our patches turned out GREAT!!!! 5 stars for quality and service!! Would recommend Butler to any one! We have read the negative reviews on the internet and we still proceeded to order with them.

Ordered custom patches in early Dec for a girl scout function. I provided the art work, everything seemed on the up and up.

Sent and email in late Dec inquiring about the patches. Was told they had shipped Dec 15th. Now, I can't get any response from anyone. It's mid Jan and have not received my patches.

I have sent emails and called the supervisors with no response. Have canceled with my credit card company. But this place is a rip-off. Beware.

And shame on you Butler for trying to rip off
