I took my car to Butch Oustalet Ford's service department to have it repaired. They quoted me a $900 price to repair it.
I took my car somewhere else for a second opinion. They second shop only charged $200 for something minor. Come to find out, Butch Oustalet Ford was trying to charge me for a repair that it did not need. They are crooked and will rip you off in a heartbeat.
When I talked to the service advisor at Butch Oustalet Ford, he said the technician that looked at my car had over 18 years experience and would not make such a mistake. It was obvious that it was not a mistake. It was deliberate.
So beware when taking your car to them. They will quickly try to take advantage of you.

Butch Oustalet Ford of Gulfport, MS lacks customer service
My daughter purchased a new Ford Fusion in our hometown in LA. She was driving home to Gulfport, MS and noticed her tire kept going flat & she kept stopping to put air in it.
At this point the car only had 300 miles on the odometer.
In Gulfport she took it to Butch Oustalet Ford and was told since she didn't purchase it from there they couldn't do anything for her. She was left in the parking lot with her tire by the side of her car. The service attendant did not even help her load the tire in her car.
Then the manager Randy told her it would be 4 weeks before they could get a new tire for her. I made one call and found the exact tire for her car a few blocks from the dealership.
I hate that for her first new car experience she had to deal with an inconsiderate dealer that has serious customer service issues.
