It’s been passed 12 days and I have not received cards.

No one has answered the phone or even tried to help on the chat. I have even left two voicemails on different days and no one has returned any call.

User's recommendation: No I wouldn’t recommend BusyKid to anyone.

Cancel account and get money back

Cards get declined too often and I dont want the hassle anymore. As well as not being able to get my money off the cards and back onto my debt card as I wish.

I cancelled months ago

I cancelled months ago and I got charged from busy kid 46.12. There is no money on the BusyKid card so this has to be directly from the company. What is going on???

Canceling my card

I didnt know there was an annual fee of 40 my son lost it he is to young to have it I didnt know it was 40 dollars a month
