It’s been passed 12 days and I have not received cards.
No one has answered the phone or even tried to help on the chat. I have even left two voicemails on different days and no one has returned any call.

Cancel account and get money back
Cards get declined too often and I dont want the hassle anymore. As well as not being able to get my money off the cards and back onto my debt card as I wish.

I cancelled months ago and I got charged from busy kid 46.12. There is no money on the BusyKid card so this has to be directly from the company. What is going on???

Keeps charging fees
- - Apple charged my son repeatedly, including fees, even when declined.
- - We canceled the card and got a new one, but the issue persisted.
My son kept getting a charge from Apple over and over and every time it declined it it charged him a fee we cant find what its for with Apple we canceled that card and sent a new one when we activated it same thing it took every bit of his money and now nothing
