Never got a response from busy beaver

Original review Jul 07, 2026
March ad had raised garden bed soil for $1.00 and gave out rain checks. Made phone calls weekly and even went twice to the store but was told they had none to date.

The raincheck expired April 30, but I was told that as soon as it comes in, we will honor your rain check. Went to the store on May 5 and was told it came in; I was never called. They had 2 bags left and said they would call when the order came in. It is now July 7th and no call.

Last week's ad featured patio boxes on sale for $49.99, regular price $149.99. There was a stack of them in the store, but they said they were $79.00. I showed the ad that stated the original price of $149.99 for $49.99, and the photo was exactly the same in the ad. They insisted it was $79.00, so of course, I did not purchase the patio box.

If you are posting an ad for items on sale, your stores should honor the ad. Very poor customer service!

User's recommendation: Honor the add
