They refused to refund the money for a canceled flight and now are giving me exhoribant fares to use that credit

I had booked a one way from washington to Mumbai with Business class on Turkish airlines. Turkish canceled the flight and refunded Business class but Business class refused to refund me.

They gave me a credit voucher and now when I want to use it, they are giving me the most exhorbitant fares. Is there any one I can approach to get my money back from them.

My husband had booked with Delta and couldnt fly in March 2020 because of lockdown being announced in India. Delta let him fly this year in March 2023 on the same ticket at the same fare. No issues at all in booking.

And business class has been hassling the life out of me with quoting 50% higher fares than what airlines are charging because they gave me a credit voucher instead of refunding my money right away. Guess that was their game plan.

Only I wasnt aware of it then. When they have so much business, wonder why they resort to these sneaky tactics.
