Therefore, by being registered with the State, I didn't need the business license package from Business Licenses LLC after all. I've contacted the business several times , only to receive a delayed refund, sarcastic emails from a unprofessional representative by the name of TZ Mendelssohn, the alleged Customer Service Department. I haven't utilized any documents emailed to my because I explained to this business, I didn't need the business package I thought I needed.
All of my emails were ignored, until I mentioned on reporting the incident to the Monsey Police Department in Monsey New York, then the " sarcastic responses started back, but as of October 1, 2020, they're still holding my refund. Yesterday , October 30, 2020 was my last day waiting this long for my refund before I pursue action to report this business to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Monsey Police Department in Monsey NY.
