Poor service and failed tax return

He messed up so bad on our paperwork that we had to fire them and have it redone completely. New CPA said it was the worst case of negligence and incompetence that they had ever seen. His advice was lacking to say the least. We are currently having every thing redone, and we are having tax lawyers look over the return he tried to have us file. When we caught him in his error he blew up on us and told us we should go to H&R block . We requested that he refund every dollar paid to him in 2016. He has still not responded.

Best Tax Service EVER

I have been using Business by Experts for some years now and I must say the people there are Awesome! The CPA ( Michael) has brought me through being audited and every problem I have had this guy has taken care of. He also helps me with advice on business decisions and does not charge me like other CPA's have, The girls in the office are Great and get the job done in a timely manner. All I can say is you won't fined a better tax man or consultant anywhere...Michael and his staff are very professional he will help you and not charge you for it, Like the first time you call he'll talk to you about your business and taxes for free! call another CPA and see if they will sit on the phone with you and answer questions. You won't even be able to talk to the CPA.
