Unprofessionalism, unethical, bias
A bond claim was filed against a construction company for a breach of contract judgement. (Milestone Design and Development, Sherman Oaks CA) Even after filing the claim complete with the final court judgement Business Alliance Denied the claim.
But what really angered me was the way they conducted business in relation to the consumer. Numerous calls and Emails went unreturned they never had an answer or valid explanation on the status of the claim.
If you are considering dealing with this company based in San Francisco CA, DON'T! Nightmarish.
