Poor customer service
Mid November, 2024 I had my second terrible experience with the Bushs Chicken in Gatesville, TX. First time they said they didnt have any chicken made and it would be 15-20 minutes.
The second time they were not busy at all. All the bins were full with f cooked chicken. It too approx 12 minutes to get waited on. Then I ordered but I wanted a different piece of chicken to be included in my order.
They said it would be 20 minutes. The cooked chicken is sitting right there.
They said if you change even if me piece of chicken you have to wait for them to cook the chicken even if all of their cooked chicken bins are full. Horrible policy and customer service.

Wrong order
There was bugs in my food and it was the wrong order then I was told I don't get a credit y'all have no problem taking my money this is wrong and I'm going make formal complaint
