Lost my AirPods sat in row. Seat 311

A reprenative from the Bushnell called first thing this morning and connected me with security. The gentleman i spoke with was very helpful. This afternoon I received a call they found my airpods, Hurray for the honesty of the cleaning crew. Very impressed with the Bushnell's responsiveness.

Theater refused any alternative tickets due to weather

as of this date 12/7/11 after many calls to the theater manager,and vice president none of which were returned the issues were never address by the theater nor was there any other offer of replacement tickets made. we are out the money and didn\'t see any shows not the the one we paid for or even an alternate. poor customer relations i feel on their part i won\'t by tickets here again

myself and 4 cousins bought 5 tickets(in august) to see the jersey boys(in Oct)the night of the autumn noreaster. we spent $400.00 it was to be a christmas gift to each other.the governor declared a state of emergency and closed 2 highways by 5:30 but the show did not cancel. we called the box office and were told to come on sunday and they would see what they could do. the next day the theater had no power and was closed. since then we have left many messages,no respose. they offered us nothing no money back or replacement tickets.poor customer service

Doesn't sound like any of this is the fault of Bushnell. They owe you nothing!
