Darrin Ackermann, Bushnell's Golf Support Customer Advocate Team Representative is horrible. His solution to help in regards to their products, beyond terrible. Please stay away from their product offerings as they do not want to help you and treat you like you did something wrong. My wife and I spent over $300 for our son on a Range Finder which only worked about 6 times before going bad.

User's recommendation: Stay Away, look at a different golf range finder from a better customer service oriented company.
