Horrible customer service / horrible quality of products
- - Bought a Wingman and Ion Elite GPS watch for about $400 on Jan 1, 2026.
- - The Ion GPS watch has never worked; awaiting a third replacement and a refund.
Bought a wingman and Ion Elite gps watch on Jan 1st 2026 (spent roughly $400). It is now mid March, and the Ion gps watch HAS NEVER WORKED.
I am now awaiting my 3rd replacement and will be asking for a refund. This has not been a positive experience and I won't be purchasing any additional products form Bushnell once I either get a working product or receive my refund.

- - Ion Edge stopped working; warranty active, no response.

- - I spent over $100; Golf Buddy runs flawlessly.
My Ion Edge stopped working and reached out for help since the unit was under warranty. I don't need the charging cord they sent and now they are not responding to my numerous e-mails.
Their Ion Edge is one step above junk.
I ended up buying a Golf Buddy which is running flawlessly.
DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO THROW MONEY AWAY IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG. I am out over $100 here and don't appreciate being treated this way.

I received The Wingman as a Fathers Day present last year and live it . I went to charge it after a round the other day I usually do and it would not take a charge ??? Is there snything I can do to get it to charge again ?

- - They spent $300+ on a Range Finder that failed after 6 uses.
Darrin Ackermann, Bushnell's Golf Support Customer Advocate Team Representative is horrible. His solution to help in regards to their products, beyond terrible.
Please stay away from their product offerings as they do not want to help you and treat you like you did something wrong. My wife and I spent over $300 for our son on a Range Finder which only worked about 6 times before going bad.
