Terrible customer service. No returned calls and three unanswered emails. I'm gladly moving on. I'll never purchase anything associated with Bushmaster again and sell what I currently own even if I lo
These people have zero concern with phone calls or answering emails. Stay far away. If they can't communicate with me after repeated attempts on my part then good riddance.

Sir: I purchased a new bushmaster ar 15 and i have had no problems...until now. when i attemped to reassemble the bolt carrier, that little rubber washer came sperated from the spring and now i cannot put the pin in unless i omit the rubber washer.
It simply will not allow me to push the pin back with the rubber washer in place. Perahps the spring is bad? Is there a lifetime waranty on this weapon? any chance you could send me out a new extractor?

Verified ReviewerHave been trying to contact them about a huge problem with a newly purchased rifle.
Bought a AR10 in 308 a few weeks back and have had nothing but problems with the firearm. It will not fire more than 1 round.
It will not chamber rounds, the bolt will not function as it should. I spent my hard earned money on a product that should have no defects but i just have a hunk of iron that does not work properly, and i cant seem to get anyone to help.
Sincerely. Jeff

Yes im still upset. I cannot seem to contact anyone who can steer me in the right direction for a person to actually talk to about a warranty issue with this new Bush master AR 10 in 308.
It is a 3 or 4 week old kit i put together and it will not chamber rounds, it will not fire second round, and when firing 1 round the bolt will not stay back in the empty position.constant problems over and over. Im done with it.
I didnt spend my hard earned money on a rifle that should fire every time being it is brand new.sincerely. Jeff
User's recommendation: Dont buy Bush Master kits.
Inquiring about Fixed Upper Flat top
I have an XM15 W2 and want to replace carry handle with flat top upper. Can I purchase just the parts to switch it out or do I have to buy a whole upper receiver?

Carbon 15 a bad quality gun
Basically bought my firearm carbon 15. Right out of the box jamming.
Feeding problem. After reviews and some research it seems to be a very common problem.
But no solution or any recall issued by the bushmaster. This will be my and my next generation last firearm from this company.

Bushmaster is a well-known company and makes some reasonably-priced firearms. The Carbon 15 is somewhat inexpensive and does have a feeding problem from what I also am hearing.
Not sure why, could be alot of things, including the ammo you are using, etc. I suggest you contact Bushmaster either by phone or on their website and see what they say. Also, do some research online and also on youtube under the search "Bushmaster carbon 15 feeding problem" or similar to see if anyone has posted a video of this problem.
Since it would be helpful to own a firearm that you can count on, I suggest you find a similar rifle made by a different manufacturer. Talk to your local gunsmith for recommendations.
