These people have zero concern with phone calls or answering emails. Stay far away. If they can't communicate with me after repeated attempts on my part then good riddance.

Sir: I purchased a new bushmaster ar 15 and i have had no problems...until now. when i attemped to reassemble the bolt carrier, that little rubber washer came sperated from the spring and now i cannot put the pin in unless i omit the rubber washer. It simply will not allow me to push the pin back with the rubber washer in place. Perahps the spring is bad? Is there a lifetime waranty on this weapon? any chance you could send me out a new extractor? its deer hunting season here in Wisconsin and Im stuck. Im a retired correctional sgt age 65. Thank you sir. 920 597 ****. The weapon was purchased at Farm and Home Ace Hardware in Waupun Wis....920 324 **** and they told me to contact you i think thats poor on there part so here we go.
