No response from Bush

I ordered 3 bookshelves over a week ago and was promsied delivery by 10/19. About 10/7 I received a voicemail asking me to contact a rep and gave me a number. I have tried repeatedly to get someone to answer the phone, to no avail. Is my order delayed? Cancelled? What is the problem????? I would like some communication.

Terrible phone service

No one answers phone service number. Tried 5 times, put into Que, no answer ever and after 3 or 4 minutes the call is dropped. Purchased cabinet WC24496A. Cabinet is great, but the lock furnished doesn't fit right. It Z82396 is too long so locking arm H122276 doesn't engage the strike plate and the arm won't hold in the horizontal locked position.

User's recommendation: Cabinet is great and easy to assemble. Don't expect ANY customer service if you have a problem.
