Product is nice but wobbly
They marked up the price to looked like it's a good deal. $400+ 70% off I paid $144+ total after the tax. I like the furniture but it wobbles a lot ( using pointer finger)

Built the desk with pretty easy directions. Finished desk was dangerously wobbly.
The very thin cardboard backing did not stabilize.
Had to buy 3/4 in plywood to finish install! Terrible product

Desk came with half of the hardware missing and one of the wood pieces was cracked. On hold forever to speak to someone and they told me it would be a month to receive replacements. never again!!!

POOR SERVICE
This company offers 2 numbers for customer service. Each one puts you on hold for several minutes and then disconnects.
It is impossible to get in touch with a person so you can resolve the issue at hand. This is very frustrating and I need help ASAP
Preferred solution: I WANT TO GET MY DRAWER REPLACED.

10 days ago, I contacted Wayfair regarding a corner desk that I had purchased a year ago. It was past the window where I could get a partial credit on the desk so the associate suggested I contact the manufacturer of the desk and gave me the manufacturers name which was Busch Furniture.
She also gave me a phone number and an extension at that phone number.
I left 3 voicemails for Kelly Ramsey and wrote her an email. She never responded at all.
Kelly Ramsey at Busch doesnt return phone calls at all.
- Nice furniture
- Does not return phone calls
- Lousy customer service
- Does not honor commitments

Finally heard from them. I cancelled my order. Found that the product is not available until March 2022.

AvHave made calls to them and they told me they had the product and would get with vendor and get shipped. Nothing.
Vendor has said they have contacted them 4 times and no reply.
There have been at least 4 tries since 9/20. Think we are being lied to.
