Keeps withdrawing from my acct and I have canceled two different times!
I have called and canceled two different times and every month you are withdrawing from my acct! I do not get products ! I don't want products! You withdraw every single month! I don't know what to do! Now you have put me negative in my acct!

Why is my flosser leaking water from bottom
I bought two flosser, one continuously leaks from bottom.. I’ve already tried everything and I just bought it from BBB in December 22.. I can’t get through to your customer service.. Feeling upset Please contact me ASAP, I want a replacement..

I have been trying to contact someone to up date my credit card
i have sent a lot messages for days they keep sending messages saying to check Q& A's that do not help with updating my card information so i can get my tooth brush heads that are now on hold

nothing works on your website to get to account or customer service ,can't call and responses with Q&A's doesn't get me to a person need to up date my credit card have an order waiting have been trying for days ID
