Burrow refuses to respond to any complaint. I was told that I was not eligible because my reason for return (the sofa is so incredibly uncomfortable that is causes pain) is a "matter of preference" and that I need to give it a few more months to break in. No sofa should need months upon months to become comfortable enough to sit on.

This couch is so uncomfortable it's painful. Actually painful to sit on.

Tried all their recommendations and their responses are always to give it more time. Which in effect takes you out of the 30 day return policy. They push you into the no options available time frame. Now, only 2 months in, customer service is telling me tough luck no returns after 30 days.

I'm 2 grand out on a couch I have to get rid of and replace. I've had to buy another sofa because this one from Burrow was uninhabitable.

The customer service responses are alarming and red flags. To be coached and told it can take months upon months of use to get this sofa to be comfortable enough to sit on, and then have them stand firm on a 30 day return policy is manipulative, deceiving and wrong.

It took me 17 weeks to get part of my couch. You cannot connect with a human, and they do not take responsibility for their terrible service.

I'm currently having the same experience, trying to get replacement legs for one broken one. Only emails, repetitively asking for pictures of the boxes, even though I have told them I no longer have the boxes.

It gives me the impression they don't care at all and want me to go away.

Why do they need the lot number off the box? Just give me a darn replacement leg!!

There is ample room to submit questions, but would rather be able to talk to a person. If they call back, that will be sufficient.

That's all. I have no complaints about their merchandise.

Hello: We have the Prairie Modern rug in 8x11. We had damage to our home last winter and have just moved back in.

All of our rugs were supposed to be cleaned, but our very favorite--our less than a year old Prairie Modern--was overlooked somehow. It did not get wet or damaged as far as I can tell. Basically, the rug is dirty from workers putting up new dry wall and there is some debris on it. We are advised to send it to be professionally cleaned I am a bit nervous about that, however.

Are there any special instructions I should give or ask this cleaners (e.g. is it dry-cleaned or washed and which is appropriate for the Prairie Modern?" I would prefer to speak to someone in person, if that is possible. My mobile phone is 847-924-****. P.S.
