- - Phone held for three months and taken to the owner's private home.

Burrard Laptops held my phone for three full months, during which the owner even brought my personal device to his private homea huge breach of privacy.
When I finally got it back, the work was completely botched: the battery was defective, and during a follow-up visit, he rushed the job and physically shattered the back glass of my iPhone.
When I demanded a refund for the physical damage, he refused unless I let him strip parts back out, and he escalated to aggressive verbal threats and intimidation. I had to call the police to his shop, and an official police file was opened. Protect your safety and your propertyavoid this business at all costs.
Preferred solution: The back of my screen that they cracked fixed and apology, a full refund and my phone fixed properly
