Had a totally bad experience with Attorney Denise Powell. She acts as she cares but she is a scammer.
Amongst the staff, office assistants are ladies in their 60s, who don’t understand the latest technology and therefore they are less efficient. It takes them longer to do things and then a customer ends up paying for it.
The attorney is telling that they can easily win, they know the Judge. They don’t update the customers and the client is left in the dark.
The worst part is during the hearing, Denise Powell was sitting in court like Dummy, it was really a bad representation in the hearing.
My suggestion to everyone is to stay away from Attorney Denise Powell because she is a loser, she does not learn the case and doesn’t know the material. Your case will never get any attention and your communication will never get any response.

Bad Manager at Burr & Forman Law Firm

O my God! the law office of Burr Forman is managed so poorly by Eric Golden.
The attorney doesn't care about their clients and they just want to take the money they pretend to be only employees of the firm. They are sales-people who receive a cut from whatever they can overcharge you.
The entire office that Attorney Eric S Golden manages is inefficient which means you might be paying 1000's or 10,000'd of dollars.
It makes me wonder if Eric Golden does not do purposely so he can generate more income for himself while screwing Burr Forman's clients.
From what I read it seems like he also reacts irresponsible with the clients. Not worth $500 or $600 for hours which turn to be more than $1000 an hour which is waste.

My friends ask for help from Burr Forman law firm, the HR assign an attorney and ask him to look after his case. After two meetings, the attorney asked him to pay $420 per hour that was too much for my friend, and that was also higher than the normal fee of the company. My friend negotiates with the attorney on fee than he started to show a lack of interest in the case.
My friend told me that he stepped back from the attorney and contacted the HR department but they were also on not responding mode.
He sensed like the attorney is just want to get paid and not giving him a proper plan for the case submission and follow-ups.
