Looking for help to diagnose the problem

Greetings, Nothing happen other than a message stating they could not give any technical advise. My question is what purpose is the website is in the first place? My Burnham boilers (2) has perform flawlessly for 18 yrs and the issue I determine from other was a taco "ice cube" relay switch. I was disappointed to say the least. regards, Mike Wirzbicki.
