Mischarging and not providing refund
I was told by an employee of STORGE BARN when I signed the contract that I would receive the posted discount for a rental unit for three months. After one month they charged my credit card with the full amount. I complained about the issue with the regional manager but received no consideration. I was also told by the employee that I would receive a prorated refund for any days that I did not occupy the rental unit. Upon exiting the unit 11 days earlier than what I had paid for, I was told that I would NOT be receiving any refund for the early exit. I left the premises with total disgust of how I was treated as a paying customer.
