Have not received wallpaper

I ordered wallpaper in FebWill never oder from them againN. It is now June and no wallpaper.

Emailed and they told me it would be 4 to 6 weeks. I want a refund and they do not respond to my e mails.

Hello,

My name is Vera Steimberg, i've been trying to reach out and get either a store credit or reeimbursment for an item that i paid in 2023 and i never received.

I have been more than patient waiting to get reimbursed and we are now on April 2025 and i haven't gotten my item or money back.

I would like to contact someone that can help and talk to me about this.

Lack of Refund

They indicated the accounting department was going to issue a refund over 2 weeks ago and no refund has made it to my account

I made a purchase in January 2024. I have emails beginning in March 2024 inquiring about the status of my order, which I never received, nor did I even get a shipping delay notification.

After months of continuing to inquire, I asked for a refund on July 1, 2024, for the first time.

It should not take over 6 months for that to be processed, yet here I am, nearly a year from the initial order date (Jan 9, 2024), with no product and no refund. I am requesting immediate assistance as the sales team is unresponsive and has had 6 months to make this right and has not.

Nightmare

Absolutely horrible experience. I placed an order on August 26, 2023.

I received the items in 2 shipments received on September 2 and 5. On September 5, I initiated a return which involved me having to fill out a form, including pictures of each item. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery date. The return was finally authorized on September 28, the shipping label was only valid for 5 days, and I shipped the items on October 3.

In addition to 5% restocking fee AND costs for return shipping, I had to pay to have the label printed as they dont provide a QR code for UPS. The items arrived back to their warehouse on October 5. They advised it takes 7-14 days to receive my refund (which is an unusually long time compared to other retaliers). After waiting 14 days, I emailed to check on the status of my funds and was told there was an issue with my card and they have to process the refund either by ACH transfer or check.

I filled out and submitted my ACH info on October 23 and have still not received my money or confirmation that my refund has actually been processed (although they confirmed the refund had been processed to my original form of payment, so not sure Id even trust their responses at this point.) Absolutly ludicrous that they have such stringent policies in terms of time constraints for initiating a return and mailing the return, but absolutely do not stick to their own supposed timelines for actually refunding their customers. Will never shop from this place again.

Horrible customer service experience

It's been over two months and I'm still missing part of an order I placed in early October. Very polite customer service repswhen you can get ahold of oneare useless.

The phone number listed on the website takes you to a voicemail, and email responses are incredibly delayed as well.

It's been three business days and I've yet to hear back. It's unconscionable for a website to advertise 5-7 days shipping time and then turn around and partially deliver the order TWO MONTHS later.
