No one contacted me
I visited with my 70+-year-old Mother-in-Law and 9-year-old Son. While returning there was an extreme rush, and we requested if we could use the VIP queue since my Mother-in-Law has knee issues.
The way we were refused made us feel as if we had committed some crime and everyone was staring at us. We felt extremely embarrassed.
Please train your staff on how to handle tourists and respect them, especially the elderly. Extremely disappointed.
