I visited with my 70+-year-old Mother-in-Law and 9-year-old Son. While returning there was an extreme rush, and we requested if we could use the VIP queue since my Mother-in-Law has knee issues.
The way we were refused made us feel as if we had committed some crime and everyone was staring at us. We felt extremely embarrassed.
Please train your staff on how to handle tourists and respect them, especially the elderly. Extremely disappointed.

My name is Dmitri. I am writing to you regarding the permission to set a Guinness World Record in January 2025. I have received confirmation from Guinness World Records, and now they need your permission to access the building (stairs) and to set the record.
My goal is to set a world record on January 5, 2025 (on my 35th birthday). The record goal is to ascend and descend (180 floors up + 180 floors down) in the Burj Khalifa.

So the guy oaks hotel book tickets for burj Khalifa we pay 181e after 10min hi said no have a space for that time

Timings :19:00 but due to bad weather conditions my flight was cancelled and i won't be able to visit Burj Khalifa on the 18-04-2024, so please if u can reschedule my tickets. It will help me a lot.
