Top Eyelid surgery
Dr steiner might have degrees & may be experienced in surgery but the outcome for me was TERRIBLE. Eyelid came out cut like a butcher had done it. He said it was fine but went to a different doctor who fixed Steiners work. Steiners Groupon deal had caught my attention. But it was a big mistake. Run from him!

Thrilled with the results, I returned for a second procedure with Dr. Michael Steiner!
I recently had a blepharoplasty (lower eye surgery) from Dr. Michael Steiner and I am thrilled with the results! I don't look tired all the time and no more puffy eyes. The procedure was quick and yes, some discomfort. I had no pain afterwards and I healed from the bruising within 5 days. Dr. Steiner and the staff explained everything in terms that I could understand and made me feel very comfortable. Plus, Dr. Steiner called me the following day to see how I was doing. Would I back again for another procedure from Dr. Steiner? Yes and I recent did return for a facial resurfacing. Happy and I know by friends and family I must look younger! Cheryl

After a year of having my eyelid surgery performed by Dr Michael Steiner,I had to go to another doctor to have it fixrd. Dr Steiner and his nurse kept telling me that my eyelids would get better with time, but the didnt. It was not even at all, and sloppy. I should have known better and not have gone to a doctor that did surgery, drawing in customers with GROUPON. You get what you pay for. Be cautious!

Discriminatory .... I was extremely humiliated by the attendants. Which laughed at my face and every word I spoke they did not understand. They said it was not their fault one yelled at me when I complained I asked the doctor and he was not there yet ..... I decided to leave, I'll never do anything where I am not treated like a human being. The doctor does not come in contact to apologize or at least say that the situation would be reviewed with the attendants. Is time in 2013 to some people understand we are a global community now....When they said was not hey fault. I really wish they could get they fences a little overthrew the lean experiences I believe they have . horrible....

A charlatan to say the least
Was treated so rudely by this person posing as a physician; I say that becuz I am skeptical about his credentials and skills and wonder what, when and how he ever became a doctor. Was also treated without any respect by his office staff (all women). Will never, ever go to a doctor without googling, without doing my research, and without reading reviews again. Just went there cuz it is close and needed new spectacles really bad. This company is bogus and a joke. Unfortunately for me, I am learning that there are bad people in this world, and I am learning the hard way.

Dr. Michael Steiner butchered my eyes.
Dr. Michael Steiner performed a very harmful, painful procedure on my eyes, claiming it would "help" me. It left me in excruciating pain with scarring and lacerations running through my eye into my facial nerves. This has caused me so much anguish and misery and I have intense pain where no pain existed before this procedure. He billed my insurance over $1,200 for this and claimed it was "medically necessary". I have to cover my eye now because it looks as though someone assaulted my eye and left it bloody and red. He told me it was a safe procedure and it would help me and I believed him. He was lying just to get money from my insurance. I am left having to take pain meds for this just to exist. He lied and said I'd have no veins in my eye but instead have too many to count that are burning and stinging with fierce pain continually. I trusted the wrong doctor and will never be the same again. This doctor Michael STeiner is a butcher.

I have been to this office a few times since I moved to Seattle.I shall say I have had very pleasant experience with the doctors and the stuff in this office. To me, they are very kind, professional and patient with me.
English is also my second language.
I know sometimes it is difficult to be understood when I try to communicate. However,attitude and confidence are the key factors to have a pleasant conversation.
