Over a year ago I went to get my eyes checked. I paid my bill. Here, a year later they have sent me two more bills. One was even at the wrong amount. I have a receipt in hand that shows that I am OVERPAID, yet they still want more money! Jerks! I talked to their 'bookkeeper' and her voice shook as she talked to me. She KNOWS that she is wrong. I told her I was going to complain about being mis-billed a year AFTER services were rendered. I do not know what happened a year ago! I have a receipt that says that I am OVERPAID. They refuse to acknowledge their own receipts!
