Beware, this company has reached a level of success where it doesn't care about customer loyalty and satisfaction.
The part did not fit, customer service wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee for me buying a part that didn't fit. Luckily I was able to retrieve the chat bot conversation to prove that I was right. I have been demanding compensation for their mistake and now they are telling me it's MY FAULT for relying on THEIR CHAT BOT for fitment advice! Unbelievable!!
They force customers to interact with the CHAT BOT!! GET PHONE SUPPORT!

The owner, Terry Burger, finally responded to me directly after I had to find him on the CA Secretary of State website. He never admitted that his company chatbot misled and wasted my time and money.
Typical arrogant behavior by someone who made it and doesn't care about how he treats people. I merely wanted him to admit fault and compensate me a % of the sale for his mistake and my time and effort; my time is worth something too! The Burger MS chatbot confirmed fitment of an intercooler for my vehicle. I ordered it in good faith only to waste over a week of my time finding that it would not fit my vehicle.
Upon requesting a full refund, Burger MS staff accused me of ordering the wrong part and advised that I would need to pay a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping. Burger MS staff even asked if I wanted to exchange it for the correct intercooler, which I agreed to; however, they didn't carry the correct fit. Until I proved that it was the company chatbot that was to blame, Burger MS staff was blaming me. It is a great inconvenience to order the part, pay for it, fight with Burger MS staff, having to repackage the intercooler, get it shipped back to Burger MS, and having to wait for my refund.
This is all due to the company chatbot and staff. I requested that Burger MS compensate me for the inconvenience, disrespect, and complete waste of time.

- - JB4 wireless and wired cables don’t work; apps won’t connect.
- - Car is new; MHD scanner; ECU shows N55 stage 2 Burger Motor Sports; mods: FTP pipes, BMS.
I have a JB4 Bluetooth adapter and a wired data cable; both do not work, and I have both apps. I just got the car a few months ago and am barely opening it up.
I'm very confused about what to do; both apps don't connect to either wires. I ordered the MHD scanner, so hopefully, that will solve everything.
Also, my ECU panel says N55 stage 2 Burger Motor Sports.
I have a boost pipe FTP, an FTP charge pipe, and a BMS intake, as well as an aftermarket cooler and Precision Race Works ignition kit.

They gave me a time of 2-4:50 PM, and it still hasn't shipped, and I can't contact FedEx; it's impossible to get a representative. Now it's saying before 8, but the problem is the driver has been in the same spot since 7 AM, so I don't believe I'm going to get my order.

Alternator went and after replacing it my JB4 tune kit will not function. I tried unplugging it and rebooting it to no avail.
Nothing shorted out and the alternator was replaced by a professional shop. I have the mobile app but it can not find a signal

I didn’t make the comment, but no one here is with the company. We are readers on a third party public site.
You deserve a full refund. No nonsensical restocking fee to be charged. That being said, you need to rethink your entitlement to compensation for your time.
(here and any/everywhere in the future). Either stay away from online AI-assisted ordering (which wastes the very time you hold so dear/shows disregard) or shop in person.
Identify yourself, who is responding to this complaint! Explain this statement "It's your fault that you trusted AI without double-checking, not theirs" Burger MS has no intention of admitting that the company is at fault do they!
Nothing is my fault, I asked Burger MS BOT to chat with A HUMAN or be given a PHONECALL by your technical support to confirm measurements, Guess what! Burger MS doesn't have phone support? What reputable company doesn't allow customers to talk with human customer service? Usually UNETHICAL, UNACCOUNTABLE ones.
YOUR AI, which is Burger MS, same entity, gave me false information which led to this whole situation. Burger MS is at fault and my time is just as important as anyone else's, Burger MS owes me for wasting my time and effort, not to mention being disrespected and blamed initially, and they are still blaming me for their company problems.

You went through a completely normal returns process. The staff made concessions every time new information was supplied and you got to return the part, receive a refund, and have your restocking fee waived. It's your fault that you trusted AI without double-checking, not theirs.
