It has been a horrible experience. I have had an issue in the past and they communicated, apologized and resolved it.

This time, I received no response, no acknowledgment and no resolution.

This is an indication of when companies are bought out by pe firms who are interested in using businesses as ATMs without delivering consistent quality experiences and reliable services. I will not ever purchase a gift card in the future and encourage others to not do the same.

I'm writing this message following a note I sent through your website which did not get any attention on resolution. My wife and I are long-time customers and have visited multiple locations over the years in SoCal from LA to OC and San Diego.

The incident in question took place on 12/21/25 at the Beverly Hills location at 4:34 pm. We took advantage of the double up promo. I ordered the Lounge Burger and my wife, who is a strict vegetarian, had the plant lounge. While having her burger, she detected an animal product on our plant-based burger.

She has ordered this same patty several times in the past. She approached the situation with the staff, who were willing to credit her the amount. Two things did not happen. The amount that was credited is incorrect, which was $8.19.

The plant burger was originally charged $12.95 without tax. Secondly, we paid using two gift cards. Neither gift card has received the credited amount. Here are the gift cards #1676 and #1948.

I sent an email in the week through your website, and no one even acknowledged it. Very poor customer service and disappointing service.

Does the $12.95 include any sides? Because the menu shows $7.99 for just the burger. Regardless, how is your loss $20?

No, here is the breakdown. Receipt is 20030. Double up applied Lounge Burger $5.47 Plant Lounge $12.95 Large 1/2 $6.95 Tax 2.47 Total $27.84
