I have sent a complaint to my state attorney General. They are now stating that there was no contact made within the 30 days of purchase.
Which is a lie, because I have the initial contact date of october 10 and the purchase date was Sept 19. They are trying to say that I did not reply to an email in Jan, offering me a replacement case, which is another lie bc I have that email as well.
I had been trying to get a broken case replaced, since october 2024. They are now telling me that I had thirty days in order to return the case broken or not. I contacted them in october of twenty twenty four in reference to this broken case.And now they don't want to do anything about it.

Still no resolution. They offered to send a replacement case, have not received it nor any further contact from them as well.
Pissed, super pissed! What a waste time, money and will NEVER buy again.
Unfortunately, we're unable to initiate the return and exchange process for your case as it has been used and broken. As per the return conditions, the item should be in its original packaging and condition.
Let us know if you have any further questions. Kind Regards, BURGA. I replied to them, letting them know that their willingness to keep a customer has been outrageously ignored.
They are not willing to do anything to help me resolve this issue. Therefore, I will broadcast this response and how they treat their customers until I receive an appropriate resolution.

Burga has NOT offered any resolution to the situation. They are even worse than I ever expected.
I reached out due to a case being broken. I was not offered anything in replacement of the item. I would like my money back or a replacement.

No contact attempted from Burga
I received a case that broke when I put it on my phone. I did not force the case or do anything that would cause it to break.
I contacted Burga and they told me that it was not covered under their warranty. If I understand, this would be a case of manufacturing.
I have requested a shipping label for the defective product and they offered a 25% code? I bought 4 cases at over $100.
