Burdick Nissan - Nissan Rogue Review from Liverpool, New York
After going to Burdick Nissan with a quote from a competitor, the salesperson quoted me on a different vehicle with a better deal. I put a deposit down for the vehicle because the competitor did not have the same vehicle in stock at the time. When I told the competitor of the better deal, they located me the same vehicle and gave me a better deal, which I took. I notified Burdick Nissan of my decision by phone, and the salesperson told me I was unethical. I went to Burdick Nissan to pick up my deposit and asked to speak with the sales manager to tell him how it made me feel to be told I was unethical by his salesperson. The sales manager proceeded, in front of other customers, to tell me he agreed with his salesperson that I was unethical and held the door open and asked me to leave. That is horrible customer service and Burdick Nissan has not only lost a customer but gained an enemy. That being said, go to Fucillo Nissan for an incredible car buying experience!!!

Nissan Titan 23k miles, 37 months old $670 in repairs
I own a 2005 Nissan Titan, I have had the same brake problems everyone has had and they covered it under warranty. Now I have two more problems with my Titan, the first is a leaky power steering hose and the other is an evaporator. Since my Titan is over 36 months old by 21 days the dealer won't fix it under warranty. He charged me $670.00. It has proven to me to never buy another Nissan product. If at 23,000 miles and only 37 old months I need to spend $670 in repairs they make JUNK! No help from the dealer either. He was glad to sell me the car but was no help when it came to this repair.

So let me get this straight... you made a deal with dealer 1.
Then you stiffed dealer 1 and to went to dealer 2. Then you stiffed dealer 2 and went back to dealer 1. Why were you surprised when someone had the nerve to call you on your behavior?Sounds "unethical" to me, just saying. I don't know who you are but my advice to you is you grow up and conduct your business as an adult.
Do your research, decide on a fair price, and when you get it, you make a deal...and your word is your bond, a deal is a deal.
You don't keep shopping around after you commit to the car. Just my 2 cents..
why would you wanna buy a Nissan after that happened???
that was a clue to stay away from their cars..
