since 10/9/2024,i first trying to request the refund for the period im not in Australia,my first bupa insurance policy start from 22/3/2021,because of covid i can not fly to australia,untill 5/7/2022 i come to australia. im asking for this period refund.

they actually promise me to give me the refund but some of them staff fill in the wrong account nunber .cause i only get my 42dollar of refund ,but the 864dollar i did not receive. im trying yo contact them every time they told me wait up to 6week ,the finance need to recall ,until today recall still unsuccessful ,every time they give a time like 10 days or 2weeks to let them investigate the case , the fact they wont give me answer on time.

And when they reply me , just let me know they recall unsuccessful, need more time to wait. It waste me 7month to get this 864 dollar

Cigna Global Medical Insurance has Very VERY slow claims processing and under responsive team. My wife got them, and they did not create themselves a good impression from us.

But now I got a good one from Bupa Global and it has been serving me Pretty well. I now have a peace of mind where ever I go. I wont certainly cant say it is among the cheapest, but its worthwhile.

Within the peace of mind, I can even go for my regular medical checks. I purchased mine from http://www.medical-intl.com
